The bigot bar is a restaurant that usually works with VET students from local high schools. In the video the manager explains the role of the students in his company. Miguel Sancho has been in the hostelry world for 15 years and has never collaborated with VET students from Europe, but he is open-minded to the idea of accepting them and knowing new points of view.
