Objectives of activities carried out

The objective of the activities is the organization of the Multiplier Events that will be held in each country.

Description of activities carried out

ZAT organized the multiplier event on 26 June 2019 in Veliko Turnovo, Bulgaria.

Number and typology of participants: 31 participants took part in the event: 28 representatives of VET institutions and 4 companies (Trimex, Bulmex and Concord are part of the list of participants; the 4th company (Gulbanis winery) not, because they took part in the event as a showcase to represent the company (products, marketing strategy, HR policy) and also their WBL experiences – attached to the documents for reporting the event is also the presentation of the company.
Profile of participants involved: the participants were 19 teachers, 5 students, 7 company representatives. The teachers and student come from professional schools in the field of economy, tourism, gastronomy and food industry. The company representatives were managers and people, responsible for the HR policies in the companies.
The contents of the focus group: during the event the speakers from ZAT presented the main results of the project – the video collection with didactic videos of students and company managers, guidelines for students, company managers, students, teachers and principals of vocational high schools, companies and decision-makers in the field of tourism, hospitality, eno-gastronomy. Special attention was paid to the didactic quality of the video library – a representative list of videos of companies and students from all partner countries was shown to the participants. Time was also dedicated to the presentation of the SWOT platform and its functionality. Gulbanis winery made a short presentation of their products and shared their experience in organizing internships and working with professional schools from the region.

Results Achieved

Representatives of the target groups were informed about the possibilities to implement the project products in their practice.
