The following Guideline addresses to VET directors and administrative staff, being structured in three chapters and 10 paragraphs.
Chapter 1 is a brief and general introduction of WBL, giving several definitions and relevant typologies of WBL, emphasising three important aspects: learning for work, learning at work and learning through work. The next issue - WBL approaches and best practices – focuses on different models of best practices, then the third paragraph is a short description of integrate WBL approaches in VET initiatives.
