First Meeting - Florence (IT), 6 – 7 December 2017

The Kick-off meeting took place at Pixel Site in Florence on 6 – 7 November 2017. Cristiana Chira and Andrea Peraldo presented to the representatives of the institutions involved in the Consortium, the SWOT project aims and the activities to be carried out. The Kick Off meeting was also an opportunity for the project partner institutions to get to know each other and to discuss and share the details related to the shared working methods. At the end of the meeting all the partners had a clear view of the future project's implementation, the financial rules and the templates and deadlines to be used as a reference to create the Intellectual Output Contents. Specific discussions were carried out on how to create the WBL Platform (IO1) and the Guidelines (IO2). Dissemination and Exploitation strategies were also presented, discussed upon and agreed.

2nd Transnational meeting - Paredes (PT) - 9 and 10 July 2018

The second meeting of the SWOT project steering committee took place in Paredes (PT) on 9 – 10 July 2018. The Second meeting was an opportunity for the project partners to go through and share the results produced so far. Andrea Peraldo conducted the meeting and all partners contributed with the presentation of the activities carried out. The state of art of the Video Interviews and Testimonials was analysed and discussed and a set of improvements were agreed upon. The project experts also further discussed the structure and contents of the Database for Work Based Learning and the Guidelines that will be developed in the future months of the project. The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to make a detailed planning of the dissemination and exploitation activities.

3rd Meeting, Valencia (ES), 14 - 15 March 2019

The third meeting of the steering committee of the SWOT project was organised in Valencia (ES) on 14 – 15 March 2019. During the project meeting the project partners went through and shared the results produced so far, discussing possible improvements and future activities and deadlines. Andrea Peraldo and Cristiana Chira conducted the meeting and all partners contributed with the presentation of the activities carried out. The collection of Video Interviews and Testimonials was presented and a set of improvements agreed upon. The Platform for Work Based Learning initiatives was presented. The finalisation of the Guidelines creation process was reached. The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to make a detailed planning of the dissemination and exploitation activities.

4th Meeeting - Tirgu Mures (RO), 3 - 4 June 2019

The fourth and final meeting of the steering committee of the SWOT project was organised in Tirgu Mures (RO) on 3 - 4 June 2019 . During the project meeting the project partners went through the deliverables and results achieved adopting final decisions to improve their accessibility and mainstreaming. The Guidelines were presented and discussed . The meeting was also an opportunity for the partners to make a final planning of the dissemination and exploitation activities.
