How to welcome the pupil or student in the company? This is the problem that is answered in the second paragraph of this chapter. Of course it is not easy in a consolidated reality to include young students, for this reason both the workers already present must be prepared, but also to illustrate to the student what his duties will be in the company and where they will be carried out. The aspect of organization and internal communication is very important and must be taken care of carefully, both to achieve the project as well as to avoid creating "imbalances" in the company's activity. It should be emphasized that it is opportune to consider, in fact, that the trainee is a subject in learning that relates to the world of work often for the first time; for him, the internship is something unknown that, in most cases, he has only a vague or stereotyped knowledge. The lack of experience in the working environment in general can make the student insecure and make him react with exuberance or too much confidentiality. Preliminary, as we have said, is of course a good stage design. The two sponsoring bodies (school and company) must exchange information, in particular the company, those of an organizational and qualitative nature to evaluate the progress and the results of the internship. The two tutors (the company and the promoter) must communicate with each other whenever they deem it appropriate. They are also given indications to the company to "capitalize" the activity of verifying the results.

Indications are also given as to which assessment and monitoring tools can be used for the internship. In the last paragraph the fundamental roles of the internal tutor (that of the school) and the external one (the company tutor) are deepened, up to the role of coach in those companies interested in hiring the student / student.
