Susanna Soderi directs the Setriolo Farm in Castellina in Chianti (Siena), produces Chianti Classico wine and oil, for some time also grappa. It also conducts an apartment on a farm. She has a degree in psychology, but with passion she continues with her mother the management of the farm her father had bought on his return from Venezuela. His is a small farm which on the one hand has a close contact with the production processes from which he obtains quality products, on the other hand he has higher expenses. Participate in national and international exhibitions. It hosts foreign tourists usually from the United States, to promote its company organizes business routes with tasting of its products. It is assisted by a farm worker in half with another company and another that replaces the mother in times of need.
