Main Contents of the Video Lesson
Veronica Bozzi is the administrator of the Hotel Villa Cappugi, located practically in the center of Pistoia, but in the open countryside that is her strong point. The hotel complex arose in 2007 and the managers, the same at present, carried out other activities. The complex can accommodate up to 240 people also families. In addition to the hotel there is a restaurant, a swimming pool and a tennis court. It also functions as a convention center and can accommodate up to 350 people. The quality policy is realized for them by making the guest feel as comfortable as at home, for this they have received many awards. The quality policy in the kitchen is realized using local products and therefore seasonal and sometimes particular. Weaknesses are that the city of Pistoia, although interesting historically and artistically, is not sufficiently valued. The marketing strategy consists in the presence on social media, specialized newspapers, presence at the most important fairs.
