Contents Hotel Settentrionale Esplanade is a 4 starred Hotel in Montecatini, Pistoia, Italy. This hotel was built by owner husband grandfather in the twenties. It consists in 2 buildings. Interviewed, Monica Gobbi, is the owner with her husband and she is the director. It has a congress hall and has 99 rooms. It is a hotel in the sense traditional for the structure accommodation. It is also a restaurant that has also opened to the external. The position is central compared to the spa an compared to the center of the town. They work a lot with groups generally for spa not ony from Italy but from all Europe and America.. They have to make the customer feel like at home in coming to meet to his needs. They are on all the portals and social network. They have a person who follows all the part of the web and beyond naturally to a job of marketing that her husband carries along with a collaborator. Weaknesses, meanwhile find them in a town that would have enormous possibilities but suffers from a crisis particularly long and particularly linked to the spa. Local government is not adequate for the development of these activities.. They need of many skills (kitchen, hall, reception and so on). The curriculum presented to them, they do a job interviews then probably future workers makes a trial period after it, they can continue or not.
