Main Contents of the Video Lesson
The video presents the mission and services offered by one of the newest hotels in Sofia, Bulgaria. Mr. Vasilev explains how the hotel was build and how they try to offer a unique service to their customers - two of the innovation services you can find in Grami hotel is a "pillow menu" from which you can choose what type of pillow you would like to have in order to feel most comfortable and also a full cycle event management for your personal events (including the accommodation of all guests and planning and organization of all details).
