Mr. Theo Charalambous is the Managing Director of Altius Boutique Hotel in Nicosia. Altius Boutique Hotel is a comfortable property set in a prime location in the centre of Nicosia.

The Hotel was designed with a residential inspiration in mind which is why it is located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance from the Nicosia city centre, the business and administrative region and the city cultural attractions and places of interest.

The accommodation of Altius consists of 52 guestrooms including 2 Executive Suites, 2 double family rooms, 2 duplex connecting guest rooms, 12 rooms with private terrace and 36 spacious executive premium rooms of 20 m2.
