Paulo Teixeira spoke about his own restaurant which has one year of existence.
He spoke about the number of employees and the flexibility of the staff for developing several tasks.
Paulo also mentioned the importance of the internships for the companies in general but in this particular case he had no chance to host one intern because of the recent formation of the entreprise.
