Main Contents of the Video Lesson
This video presents the personal experience of a Bulgarian manager, who have established a cafe and restaurant in the city of Gorna Oryahovitsa. In the video he speaks about his personal experience trying different jobs in the field of tourism and eno-gastronomy and how he decided to start his own business and how he manages now.
The trainer can use this video to work with the students addressing the following knowledge and skills, which the manager considered most important for his business:
Multi-tasking: since no day is the same within this industry. Customer footfall varies on a daily basis, therefore, staff must be able to multi-task in order to deal with a potentially high number of jobs in one day.
Flexibility, attention to details and resilience.
