Raffaele and Simone are the owners of the Ristorante Pizzeria Don Fefè La Farina. They started in Naples as employees of a Pizzeria and before that they were jewelers. You are passionate. First they worked for a chain of pizzerias, then they opened up on their own with their quality production. They are oriented using quality and niche products producing quality foods like gourmet pizza. Pizza is a complex product and must be produced with care. Pizzeria and restaurant are organized separately, each branch of production has its own team. We also have the pastry chef. We make different types of pizza dough. They are looking for young people who want to do this job. To find quality products use information that comes from outside (internet). They have direct relations with agricultural producers. Limited production and not from large retailers. The brand is Don Fefè. Passion is their strong point. The staff is a point of weakness, they do not necessarily have to be professionals, but people who have passion
