Video Testimonials

This section provides access to Video Testimonials of VET Students and Companies’ managers who have been protagonists of Work Based Learning experiences.

The testimonials highlight the benefits, the skills acquired, the impact in terms of employability and the benefits for the enterprise and the VET students resulting from the WBL Experiences they have been involved in.

The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

Main Contents of the Interview
Veronica Bozzi is a director of the Hotel Villa Cappugi in Pistoia. It welcomes students alternating school-work in collaboration with the Istituto Alberghi Alberghiero di Montecatini. For their staff policy they prefer to welcome young people who have no experience because they can be trained in the values of the Hotel. Mrs. Bozzi says that this work is done by passion because it requires many sacrifices, you work 24 hours on 24, every Saturday and Sunday and all the holidays and not all are willing to do so. It also has a collaboration with a training agency in Pistoia that involves the Hotel in the Erasmus + mobility projects. He says that the guys who come with this project are very serious, precise and motivated.
