This section provides access to Video Testimonials of VET Students and Companies’ managers who have been protagonists of Work Based Learning experiences.

The testimonials highlight the benefits, the skills acquired, the impact in terms of employability and the benefits for the enterprise and the VET students resulting from the WBL Experiences they have been involved in.

The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

Main Contents of the Interview
The conditions that Valentina and Leonardo of Forno and Bottega La Toscana the same to the one required in daily life: humility and the will to learn and to work and knowledge in bakery or pastry sector. Nowadays a lot of attention is posed in the sanitary standard and in the behaviour needed to be assumed in a pastry laboratory. So here, regarding our activity, which is composed by the laboratory and the front shop, we offer a 360° experiences. First of all they require to be sure that this is his/her way, because our jobs real unconventional. You need to wake up early in the mooring and require a lot of effort in some period of the year. Our activity is focus in the summer period which is for most of the people a vacation period.
