Raffaele and Simone after having made the jewelers have dedicated themselves to catering. To those who go to work they require experience to understand the various problems that are in the various sectors of a restaurant-pizzeria. If a student asks to come and do the WBL here a minimum of motivation and passion has it. The school is used to give knowledge, the experience is here in the field. Here we have problems with times and relationships with customers, things that are not learned at school. The difficulties become stronger as here you learn in real time, with customers who want to be served as frankly as possible. When he has learned he becomes a good collaborator. Students do not have to be catapulted into the world of work, but already at school to prepare them mentally for work, to make them feel a bit like work stress.
