This section provides access to Video Testimonials of VET Students and Companies’ managers who have been protagonists of Work Based Learning experiences.

The testimonials highlight the benefits, the skills acquired, the impact in terms of employability and the benefits for the enterprise and the VET students resulting from the WBL Experiences they have been involved in.

The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

Tatiana Battaglia deals with food and wine and tourism promotion is always looking for traditional local products. Its activity for years is focused on the search for typical Tuscan products that have a peculiar history, with ties to communities and local traditions, this research has very passionate Tatiana who has constantly tried to put on promotional events focused on the products themselves, highlighting every little facet of the product that goes from the production, from the producer, from the kitchen and from the passion that is the product itself. The opinion expressed by Tatiana in relation to the school work shows that young students must develop transversal skills that combine technology with the work of the earth, participate in conferences and try to be fully aware of a particular product. Participation in the Pandemonium Project, which consisted of meetings that characterized a particular product highlighting the historical, philosophical and culinary side, paying attention to what we ate.
