This section provides access to Video Testimonials of VET Students and Companies’ managers who have been protagonists of Work Based Learning experiences.
The testimonials highlight the benefits, the skills acquired, the impact in terms of employability and the benefits for the enterprise and the VET students resulting from the WBL Experiences they have been involved in.
The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

In the video Mrs. Djoneva (Director of Sofia Professional High School of Tourism) talks about how the WBL experiences are organized in her school. The school on the one hand has all the necessary equipment and premises to ensure the professional practice of the students, and on the other it has contracts with companies which offer internships to students and besides that the school has a restaurant and bar offering services to the general public.
Mrs. Djoneva also talks about the feedback the school receives both from students and business about the WBL experiences.
The video can be used by trainers to compare different approaches of organization of WBL in the countries and what kind of skills the business expects from them.
