This section provides access to Video Testimonials of VET Students and Companies’ managers who have been protagonists of Work Based Learning experiences.

The testimonials highlight the benefits, the skills acquired, the impact in terms of employability and the benefits for the enterprise and the VET students resulting from the WBL Experiences they have been involved in.

The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

Main Contents of the Interview
The videos discusses the concepts of establishing a real company from the National High School of Finance and Business, which is managed and operated by students. The concept of establishing a "Training company" shows how it is possible for professional training institutions to secure WBL for their students in a real life environment.
The training company allows students to try different professional tasks - to be managers, marketing directors, administrative personnel, etc.
The video can be used by trainers to work with companies, schools and students about the possibilities offered to students to try different jobs and test their skills, decide which one are they best suited for, how they can interact with people at different levels, improve their communication skills, etc.
