Main Contents of the Interview
The video presents the experience of a manager of a small B&B and restaurant manager with WBL experiences he offered to students in his company. He shares that because of the specifics of the business short-term WBL experience is not useful for them, since on the one hand it takes a lot of time for the young person to study and participate effectively all business processes (one person is responsible for many processes) and on the other it is difficult for him/her be efficient without knowing the clients (which are usually regular clients).
The video may be useful to students to see that every business has its specifics and when choosing a WBL experience it is good to study beforehand these specifics and decide if she/he can answer them.
