The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

He says he is very lucky also because owners made him feel at his own they always helped him in moments of difficulty. First of all he advises everyone to do the alternation school work because it is a moment when you learn and you get into the reality of a future job. For example they have him guaranteed to work there for a while until September October then we will see. But he recommends it to everyone. The only flaw is the division of hours.
