The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

Main Contents of the Interview
The video shows the shared views of two girls - VET students in the Professional High School "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov" about their practices, held during their last year of study. Vanina speaks about her practice in Great Britain, working as staff of a charity shop for the British Red Cross, and also about her practice in Germany as a staff of a 5 star hotel. She shares that her internships helped her with her language skills, also helped her to communicate freely with people (being a very closed person) and last but not least to put in practice her professional knowledge she gained in school. She shared how different it is to study about something in school and then to participate in the activities for real.
The video can be used from trainers to discuss with students how they can prepare for an international internship and what they can expect from such an experience.
