This section provides access to Video Testimonials of VET Students and Companies’ managers who have been protagonists of Work Based Learning experiences.

The testimonials highlight the benefits, the skills acquired, the impact in terms of employability and the benefits for the enterprise and the VET students resulting from the WBL Experiences they have been involved in.

The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

In the video shows the testimonials of two VET students - girls from Professional High School "Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov", about their practice as waitresses. First
Loreta speaks about her practice as an assistant waitress in a hotel at the Black Sea coast.She shares that in the beginning it was not easy at all to do the job, but with time she managed well and even stayed longer to work there after her internship.
The girl shares that she enjoyed her WBL practice and what were the skills, which were most necessary from her professional qualification in order to do her tasks well. The trainer can use this video to discuss with students what they believe they posses as qualities, skills and knowledge from their professional qualification and do they think if they can manage as waiters/waitresses and what they believe is most important for this profession.
