Video Testimonials

This section provides access to Video Testimonials of VET Students and Companies’ managers who have been protagonists of Work Based Learning experiences.

The testimonials highlight the benefits, the skills acquired, the impact in terms of employability and the benefits for the enterprise and the VET students resulting from the WBL Experiences they have been involved in.

The testimonials also aim to underline the importance for companies, that human resources they are going to select and employ, have both the technical and professional skills to perform the specific task and the basic and transversal skills that can be acquired only by completing VET education, so to motivate students not to abandon their studies.

Main Contents of the Interview
For what concerns WBL Tiziana Fabiani has been hosting students for two years from the Institute Agrario di Pescia. They have not a big company above all they try to show the students all the stages of a small multifunctional family business. From work in field with regard to olive growing and vegetables transformation into a laboratory therefore all the norms of the HACCP. The students go with her to the market to see what is the relationship with the client and buying groups. Then they let see them working at the computer ie work administration, f.i. making invoices. Marketing today is important. She has also inclusion activities with some guys who have problems. To care plants is like pet therapy. There are problems with school timetable and agricultural works. Government of school should be established that is the farm that in base to the season and to the time that decides the WBL time
