Objectives of activities carried out

The aim of the project management activities is to ensure the correct development of the project through appropriate coordination of the activities.

Management activities are divided into 4 main action: Coordination, Dissemination, Exploitation and Monitoring and Evaluation

Coordination is based on :
• Effective Planning of all the activities
• Effective organisaiton of the transnational meetings
• Contribution towards the development of the content of project website
• Constant reporting activities
• Problem solving and Sharing of solutions


Dissemination activities aim to:
- Making the Portal accessible to the largest possible number of stakeholders
- Sharing the Portal and the results with the highest number of operators in the field of education
- Sharing project information with the highest number of citizens

Exploitation aims to promote the project sustainability.

The aim of evaluation is to measure and ensure the quality of all the activities and of the project intellectual output. Both project partners and end users are involved and will have to fill in ad hoc questionnaires.

Emphasys participated in the kick off meeting of SWOT Project.
Emphasys team has followed the tasks below for the needs of the kick off meeting:
-Read the proposal
-Analyse the proposal
-Prior-internal meeting to discuss the proposal
-Preparation of presentations
-Post-internal meeting to inform the rest of the team avout the project's requirements, the decision taken during the kick off meeting and the next steps.
-Coordination meeting for assigning tasks to Emphasys members for the implementation of IO1

Emphasys Centre participated in the 2nd meeting of SWOT project.
Emphasys team has followed the tasks below for the needs of the meeting:
-Presentation of the IO1 results (videos)

Emphasys Centre participated in the final meeting of SWOT project.

-Presentation of the IO1 results (Video repository and platform)
-Presentation of the IO2 results (Guidelines for VET Trainers)
-Exploitation of the project

Emphasys Centre organised and hosted C1 activity.
- The venue of the C1 has been prepared
- An accommodation was given to all the partners attending the training
- Information was given about the training practicalities and the city by preparing documentation.
- The training folder was developed and the folder was then printed and distributed to the partners.
- The Guidelines for VET Trainers was created using MS PowerPoint and was presented during the meeting.
- The social-cultural activities and study visits have been organised.

Dissemination
Emphasys designed a banner and leaflet for SWOT project.
Emphasys centre participated in the International Education and Career Fair (2018&2019) organised on an annual basis, where SWOT project has been well disseminated.
SWOT project has been also presented during the kick off meeting of other EU projects in which Emphasys centre is a member of the consortium.
SWOT project has been also promoted during the developemt of IO1 (videos testimonials and interviews) to several VET companies and the VET School of Famagusta.

Exploitation
Emphasys Center has involved several associated partners.
