In addition to the application form, a parent or legal guardian's consent is required if the pupil is a minor, through which he agrees to the student's participation in practical training and, as the case may be, to travel or travel expenses (in depending on the characteristics of the project), as well as an agreement on the use of personal data.

If the project involves granting a grant, it is necessary to draw up a procedure for granting it.
